Laser Escape ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") is a free mobile game developed by Anas Abbas ("the Developer").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information we collect. This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) we collect when you use the Game, how we use it, and your choices.

The Game is designed for users aged 7 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child without consent, please contact us immediately (details below).

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary for the Game to function and display ads.

Non-personal device information (automatically collected):

Device type, operating system, app version.

Basic analytics (e.g., crashes, gameplay events) to improve the Game — this is aggregated and anonymized.

Advertising-related identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) — but only where permitted and not for children or unknown-age users (see section on Ads below).

We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information.

Location data (precise or approximate).

Photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or other sensitive permissions beyond what's needed for basic app operation.

No user accounts, logins, or saved progress tied to personal info.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Ads are contextual (based on the app content) and family-friendly.

For users we reasonably believe are children (or unknown age), we tag ad requests as child-directed. This means:

No personalized/interest-based advertising.

No behavioral tracking or remarketing.

Limited or no transmission of advertising ID (AAID) or other persistent identifiers for personalized ads.

Google may collect device information for ad serving (see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

We comply with Google Play Families policies and AdMob requirements for child/family apps.

Other third-party services (if any, e.g., crash reporting like Firebase) collect only anonymized data.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data only to:

Operate and improve the Game.

Display ads.

Debug crashes and performance issues.

Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Game is not directed to children under 13 in a way that requires collecting personal information.

If the Game appeals to children under 13, we take steps to limit data collection and disable personalized ads.

Parents/guardians: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Parents can contact us to review, delete, or stop collection of their child's information.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share anonymized/aggregated data with:

Google (for AdMob ad serving and analytics).

Service providers who help us operate the Game (under strict confidentiality).

We do not share personal information (we collect none directly).

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Your Choices

You can opt out of interest-based ads via device settings (Android > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Uninstall the Game to stop all data collection.

Contact us for access/deletion requests (limited by what we collect).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be notified in-app or via store listing where required.
