Welcome to Laser Escape (the "Game"), developed and operated by Anas Abbas (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not download, install, or play the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer. You must be at least 7 years old to play the Game (or have your parent or legal guardian's permission if under the age required in your country). Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the Game.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible Android device that you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and ends if you violate them or we terminate your access.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.

Use the Game for any commercial purpose.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game.

Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.

Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users (if any social features are added in future updates).

Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Interfere with the Game's operation or servers.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game.

4. Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are contextual and family-friendly where possible. We do not control the content of third-party ads. By playing the Game, you consent to the display of ads.

We comply with Google AdMob policies and Google Play Families requirements (where applicable). No personalized advertising is used for users we know or reasonably believe are children. For more information on data used in ads, see our Privacy Policy.

5. No In-App Purchases

The Game is free to play and does not currently offer in-app purchases. If this changes in future updates, additional terms will apply and be presented to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all graphics, sounds, code, text, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or virus-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero if the Game is free).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes where required (e.g., via in-app notice or store update).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
